I would like to start a little series where I review and share some of my favorite tools, classes and books with you. I hope you enjoy it and find it helpful.
To start I’m going to review my all time favorite and much used tool, digital brushes. You can use these brushes in Photoshop to paint and add texture and depth to all of your digital paintings. I LOVE the brushes found at kylebrush.com. There are watercolor brushes, dry media, gouache and even brushes where you name your price (Mr. Natural is my favorite!)
If you want to get the most bang for your buck, I suggest the Megapack. For a small investment of $18, it has so many brushes including pastels, inks, oils and even specialFX brushes.
